At Newcastle Volleyball we have players & Teams who represent Newcastle at all levels and we provide training where possible (limited to court availability).
Each year Newcastle plays host to 1 of 3 NSW State Cup Tournaments (usually in May) and have had up to 5 teams represent our Association. See the tournaments page for 2010 State Cup commitments.
Each year at the end of November we also head to the nations capital - Canberra for the Good Neighbour Tournament. This national tournament that hosts teams from all over Australia, including the odd international team, and is well represented by Newcastle, and have in the past had up to 7 representative teams. We have obtained various medal places in many of the divisions offered.
In 2009 we were again well represented in Mens Div II, Women Div III, Mens Div IV and in the Mixed Division.

Shortly, we will be taking names for interested players wanting to play in the last State Cup in North Sydney and Canberra - Good Neighbour November 27 & 28.
Training schedule is as per the competition draw - Tuesdays at 9pm.
